It is possible to test coffee in person at the company or suggest the type of coffee ? Do you send samples ?
You can also get the necessary instructions for choosing the type and grind of coffee by calling the experts, considering the type of taste, how to brew and consume coffee. Regarding cafés, you can submit your request, and our experts will come as soon as possible and will test your products' samples in your café.
Whats is the size of the packings? Do you have instand coffee and powdered products ? Do you have decaf?
Coffee is in packages of 250 grams and one kilogram. Instant coffee is not available , and powdered products include only Turkish coffee . Currently, masala tea, hot chocolate, and decaf are not available, which we are trying to add to the company's products due to the numerous requests of our dear customers.
Is the taste variant of coffee possible after various purchases ?
Factors such as coffee bean suppliers, bean harvest season, bean growing heights, species, process, and bean moisture are variable, which will definitely change the taste of coffee and our technical experts will take the necessary measures according to the taste profile of each product while roasting. In addition, the necessary changes are made in the amount of roast and composition of Arabica and Robusta seeds for mixed products.
It is possible for the company to supply filters , brewing tools ,device detergents and to serve and wash the device?
